Kyro Systems can provide building envelope consulting services specializing in sloped and vertical glazing, and metal panel and masonry systems. We provide our consulting services to building owners, management and maintenance companies, contractors and engineering and architecture firms.
We have worked for companies like Balfour Beatty and Lincoln Properties and entities such as GSA and Smithsonian Institute. We have also worked in conjunction with engineering firms like Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates(WJE) and Whitlock, Dalrymple, Poston and Associates(WDP).
Water Testing
We can perform AAMA water testing to satisfy contractor’s quality control plans or leak investigations.
Building Envelope Assessment
Kyro’s skilled team performs assessment inspections on skylights, curtain walls, and metal panel and masonry façade systems. We can tell you the condition of your building envelope and make suggestions for repair and maintenance.
Leak Investigation
Through very in depth investigations we are able to find leaks and their causes. Our field knowledge allows us to find the failures in the building envelope systems and design a repair that will stop the problem at the source.
Quality Control
All of Kyro’s quality control personnel are experienced technicians and certified Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Managers. We can provide outside quality control for any building envelope project.
Design Review
A minor design flaw can cause major problems, especially in the skylight and sloped glazing industry. We can make sure the customer’s glazing system is designed correctly and interacts with the surrounding materials properly.
