Thirty years later we performed an assessment of the current condition recomending a refurbishment of the sealants.  Kyro then removed all sealants and replaced with new Dow 795 and resealed the internal splices in the skylights sill system.  This has provided the medical center with almost 10 more years of service out of the skylight with more to come.
